Product Experience

We foster a customer centric culture through enabling our crew to experience our product, just as our customers do. All crew receive between 5-14 free days and friends and family discounts in line with their length of service.


We believe there's no better way to get to know our product than experience it yourself. We encourage all employees to take a familiarisation trip on us within their first 90 days of their employment.

To celebrate and recognise your special day, each year, you'll receive a $50 voucher to spend on a birthday treat as well as a team lunch to celebrate YOU with your work crew.

Long Service Recognition

To celebrate and recognise long service with us, we'll celebrate your time with us in the very best way, with flowers, some bubbles and a morning tea with the crew to reflect on the good times. You'll also receive a $300 voucher at 5/10/15/20 year milestones and $500 at 25/30/35/40 year milestones.
