Steve Lane started with KEA in 1999 in the workshop doing mechanical and service work and has been in his current role since 2002. Steve has a sales and marketing background in New Zealand and in the UK. He was involved in tourism in Europe in the 1980’s & 90’s and worked in Africa as a tour leader/driver for 6 years.
Steve enjoys golf, fishing, horse’s, motorhoming and cooking for family and friends.
Scott Eaton
National Vehicle Sales Manager
Scott has been with
thl since 2004 and has grown the vehicle sales network from two dealers to seven over the last nine years.
Scott is also highly involved in vehicle and dealer development+ fleet management.
Scott has come from a background in the motor industry with 14 Years at a national car rental company as fleet sales manager and two years at Toyota as fleet manager before joining
thl's .
Damian Sever
Sales Manager Australia and North America
Damian started with
thl in 2000, and is based in Melbourne, Australia. He manages a national sales team supporting all agents, including retail and wholesale promoting domestic sales and also encouraging Australians to visit New Zealand throughout all seasons, including the ski season. Damian and the team also work very closely with online and inbound agents who are promoting
thl's brands globally. He holds solid relationships with Tourism Australia, all State Tourism Offices and National and State Associations.
He is a regular visitor to North America visiting all key partners in the market and promoting all
thl brands.
Heinz Schauer
Director of Continental Europe
Heinz and his small sales team based in Munich, Germany maintain close and regular contact with agents/wholesalers in Continental Europe and the Middle East. Heinz started his career with his own Travel Agency and Tour Operation before selling to FTI. He then built up Britz Rentals and Britz Tours in Europe. His long standing industry experience in the region has ensured close relationships with many of the key Germanic agent groups such as FTI/Flextravel, Rewe Group (DERtour, ADAC and Meier’s),TUI/Boomerang as well with many other excellent agents.
Stephen Hart
Sales Manager UK/ Europe
Stephen manages the
thl London team’s sales activities in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Belgium and France. He and his team work with a large number of wholesale and retail agents throughout these markets in promoting the company’s travel brands. Stephen began his career with
thl in the customer services team in Auckland in 1995 while studying. Since then, he has held various marketing roles with Tourism New Zealand in both Frankfurt and London and more recently as Sales and Marketing Director for tour operator Camperboerse, part of the REWE Touristik group.
